How it works: Filled with quirky art and plenty of good bois with goofy names, Spots is a push-your-luck dice rolling game where you need to collect certain dice and avoid busting. You gotta keep rolling dice you can actively place, because any you can't end up in your boneyard, which creates that classic risk-it behavior we love in our dice games.
Why it's clever: Each dog has spots that represent the dice you need to roll to fill-in the card, which is a fun and unique visual across the table. There's also a set of thick cardboard rule cards that pretty drastically change the gameplay, and you can mix and match the set to make challenging new game formats. Our in-laws like simple dice games, and this one is just as easy to learn while bringing a bit more "bark" to the table.
